Why travel? Why even talk about it? Seems like everyone is doing it.

That is true, there are a lot of travel blogs out there, but I do this for myself and because I wish more people went out and traveled the world. The memories and the people you meet along the way are honestly one of the greatest gifts in the world.

When I was fourteen years old, I asked my mom if I could study abroad for a year with Rotary Foreign Exchange. I was shocked she said yes, after she denied boarding school and all the other traveling programs I begged to go on.

Chile was the first country I ever visited and it opened my eyes and heart to the world. Since then, I have studied abroad and worked in Spain, traveled the world, and joined the Army and moved to South Korea, and now I work and live in Hawaii.
